Plastics and rubber technologist/specialist in molded parts m/f/d

We offer an attractive traineeship to become a plastics and rubber technologist!

Responsibilities

You will plan the production of plastic and Kautuschuk products, set up the relevant production machines and systems and prepare the raw materials or semi-finished products.
You will fill granulate or liquid masses into the filling devices and place or clamp semi-finished products in the corresponding tools.
This also includes operating the systems and monitoring and regulating processing operations.
You will check the quality of the finished parts and clean and maintain the production equipment.

Attention to detail (e.g. when calculating the required quantities of plastic granulate, additives and auxiliary materials)
Attention and care (e.g. when operating and monitoring production equipment)
production facilities)
Responsiveness (e.g. rapid intervention in the event of malfunctions)
Manual dexterity and technical understanding

1st year of training: € 1,000
2nd year of training: € 1,050
3rd year of training: € 1,100
